Details. According to him, 13 enemy strategic aircraft are operating in the air, 2 more missile carriers – in the sea.
It is known that the air defence system has already worked in Kyiv and Sumy oblasts. There is an air alert throughout Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, the enemy may launch up to 100 missiles at Ukraine today, one of the possible targets is Kyiv.

The head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration reacted to this. “I remind you that missiles are guided in several stages – this means that you should not take pictures of the consequences of strikes. Today the Armed Forces will set a new record for shootdowns,” Mr. Kim warned.

The head of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, reports about the air defence system activation over Poltava Oblast. In turn, Mr. Kim clarifies that 5 missiles have already been shot down over the Black Sea. According to the speaker of the Odesa Military Administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, another missile carrier – a submarine – appeared in the Black Sea.
Meanwhile, Ukrzaliznytsia reports about the delay of trains due to the power outage. So far, this refers to 5 train routes.

MP Honcharenko reports that the missile fragments hit a residential building in Odesa. According to him, 90% of Lviv is without electricity.

As of 12:30 there is no air alert in Ukraine, the enemy stopped the attack some time ago. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says that today was the 10th large-scale missile attack on the country.
“Ukrainian Air Defence Forces demonstrated an incredible level of skill and efficiency. They shot down 54 out of 69 missiles,” he notes. According to updated information, all 16 cruise missiles launched at Kyiv were shot down.
The Prime Minister adds that the whole country was hit and damaged, in particular energy facilities, so in some oblasts emergency shutdowns may be applied to avoid accidents in the power grids.
“Russia is trying to deprive Ukrainians of light before the New Year. The enemy made high bets on this attack, prepared for it for two weeks,” Mr. Shmyhal added.
