Details. "There are damages to power generation facilities and power grids. As of 11:00 a.m., the situation is difficult in the west of the country, Odesa and Kyiv oblasts. Therefore, emergency power cuts are to be introduced," he wrote. Mr. Halushchenko added that power engineers were gradually restoring power supply.
