NSDC imposed sanctions against 119 people, mostly russians

Source. The decree of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, which introduced the relevant sanctions of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine (NSDC).
Details. The NSDC's decision is dated January 6, President Zelensky approved it on January 7. According to the document, the sanctions list includes russian singer Irina Allegrova, singers Roman Arkhipov, Dmytiy Bilan, musician Sergiy Bobunets, TV presenter Dana Borisova, singer Alexander Buynov, singer Victoria Dayneko, musician Valeriy Didiulia, singer Larisa Dolina, singers Valeriy Kipelov, and Philipp Kirkorov.
In addition, among them are opera singer Anna Netrebko, film director Nikita Mikhalkov, performer Yevgeny Petrosian, singers Vladimir Presniakov, Stas Piekha, singer Pelageya Telegina.
The list also includes russian propagandist Margarita Simonian, singer Liubov Uspenskaya, singer Mikhail Shufutinsky, singer Anita Tsoi, TV presenter Leonid Yakubovich.
Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak specified that in total sanctions had been imposed against 119 people. To the already mentioned names, he also added the following people:
actor Fiodor Dobronravov, footballer Anatoliy Tymoshchuk, rapper Basta (Vasiliy Vakulenko), Mikhail Galustian, Sergei Lazarev, Artemiy Lebedev, Dmitry Kiseliov and others.
"The sanctions provide for the blocking of assets, a ban on the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, a ban on participation in privatisation, deprivation of state awards of Ukraine, as well as titles.
They were imposed, in particular, for visiting the occupied territories after the invasion, participation in propaganda concerts, public support for the war and the putin regime," Mr. Yermak wrote on his Telegram channel.
The sanctions were imposed at the request of the Security Service of Ukraine.
