For instance, at lunchtime, electricity is enough within the gray zones of the schedules, but in the evening, consumption goes beyond the limits and the gray zones are completely turned off.
Mr. Kovalenko also adds that some power generation facilities were sent for capital repairs, without which the equipment may fail. Power engineers are trying to compensate for the lack of power generation with the help of hydroelectric power plants.
