UPDATED: russian attack damages energy facilities in Odesa Oblast
Emergency power cuts are in effect in this and other oblasts

UPDATED at 11.20 a.m:
The Head of the Odesa Rayon Military Administration, Yuriy Kruk, said that two critical infrastructure facilities in the oblast had been damaged, with no casualties. According to the Head of Odesa Oblast Military Administration, Maksym Marchenko, there is no water supply in the oblast.
There are reports of explosions in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, as well as of the wreckage of downed missiles in Kyiv Oblast. Air alert continues throughout Ukraine.
What happened? The Armed Forces of Ukraine expect more than 30 missiles to be launched during the russian attack.

Details. It is noted that the launches were carried out by about 6 Tu-95 aircraft from Murmansk Oblast. Cruise missiles were recorded in several regions of Ukraine.
Previously. At night, air defence systems shot down 24 Shahed drones, 15 of them – over Kyiv. There were no casualties and no hits on infrastructure.
