Details. The head of the department emphasises that all nuclear power units under the control of Ukraine are currently operating. The weather is also favourable for the power operation of hydroelectric power plants.
At the same time, Kupyansk and the surrounding areas are without electricity due to russian shelling. In addition, stabilisation power cuts are possible in Odesa Oblast due to repairs of the grid infrastructure.
