11 candidates for the position of NABU Head successfully passed integrity interviews

The Commission for the Selection of the Head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has announced the results of the integrity interviews. 

Transparency International Ukraine reports

11 candidates passed the selection to the next stage of the competition:

  1. Yuriy Belousov, Head of the War Department of the Prosecutor General's Office;
  2. Maksym Vorvul, senior detective of the NABU;
  3. Serhiy Hupiak, an employee of the SBI office in Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
  4. Semen Kryvonos, Head of the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine;
  5. Serhiy Naumiuk, Head of the NABU Detective Unit;
  6. Oleh Opishnyak, prosecutor of the General Inspection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office;
  7. Roman Osipchuk, Head of the Internal Control Department of the NABU;
  8. Pavlushchyk Viktor, senior detective of the NABU;
  9. Veronika Plotnikova, Head of the Department of the Prosecutor General's Office;
  10. Volodymyr Tserkovnyi, senior detective of the NABU;
  11. Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi, Head of the NABU Detective Department.

At the next stage of the competition, the commission will assess the professional competence of each candidate and then select the final three.

The candidates who have passed this stage will then be interviewed to determine whether they meet the competence criteria. The interviews are to be held from February 28 to March 4. After that, the commission will select the final three candidates.
