In February, international partners replenished Ukraine's budget by more than 50 billion UAH
The EU is the largest donor since the beginning of the year

In February 2023, the general fund of the state budget received 132.2 billion UAH. This includes:
- 27.1 billion UAH of value added tax on goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine;
- 15.1 billion UAH of value added tax on goods produced in Ukraine (21.7 billion UAH was collected and 6.6 billion UAH was refunded);
- 13 billion UAH of personal income tax and military duty;
- 7.4 billion UAH of corporate income tax.
The state budget also received 7 billion UAH in excise tax, 2.7 billion UAH in rent for subsoil use, and 2.3 billion UAH in customs duties. Another 36.8 billion UAH was received from the unified social tax to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds. International partners contributed 51.4 billion UAH to Ukraine's budget.
Since the beginning of the year, as of the end of February, the state budget has received 284 billion UAH (including 236.6 billion UAH to the general fund). 84 billion UAH was raised from the placement of domestic government bonds to finance the state budget, including 14.7 billion UAH in foreign currency ($308.7 million and €86.9 million). At the same time, 21.8 billion UAH was raised through the issue of military domestic government bonds. Ukraine received $6.3 billion (233.4 billion UAH) from international punters.

In total, in the first two months of 2023, Ukraine received $6.3 billion in international support. The largest donors were:
- EU – $3.2 billion;
- The United States – $2.2 billion;
- The United Kingdom – $498 million.
At the same time, in January-February, the cash expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine amounted to the highest figure in history – 446.6 billion UAH, including 410.3 billion UAH from the general fund. The state budget was executed with a deficit of 161.1 billion UAH, including a deficit of 172.1 billion UAH in the general fund (against the planned 326.1 billion UAH). Over the two months, actual government borrowings from the general fund of the state budget amounted to 226.8 billion UAH, or 58.8% of the planned amount for this period.
