Two new oil production companies have been set up in russia, linked to the family of Viktor Medvedchuk, putin's compadre. This was reported in a joint investigation by the Schemes (Radio Liberty) and Scanner projects.
According to the journalists, in January 2023, Medvedchuk appeared on the russian propaganda channel RT, where he spoke about the creation of a new political movement that would allegedly "debunk the fact that Ukraine unanimously supports Zelensky and his criminal regime" and unite people who disagree with the actions of the current president of Ukraine.

After Medvedchuk announced a new stage in his political career, Oleksandr Dontsov, director of NZNP Trade, controlled by Marchenko, headed two new companies, INGT and KNK. This happened in December and January, respectively. The profile of both companies is oil production.
The founder of INGT and KNK is the joint-stock company GK Market, which does not disclose information about its owners in the registers.
"GK Market also owns ATI and Tradeproekt. The latter owns fuel station chains under the LTK brand, such as Lubimaya Toplivnaya Kompaniya and Novy Potok.
Tradeproekt also supplies fuel to utilities in the Lipetsk Oblast. "ATI provides brokerage services in the market of fuel, petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gases.
