Ukraine's state debt decreased by almost $600 million over the month – Ministry of Finance
As of 28 February, the debt amounted to $116.01 billion or 4.24 trillion UAH

As of 28 February 2023, Ukraine's state and state-guaranteed debt amounted to 4.24 trillion UAH or $116.01 billion.
This is stated in the statistics of the Ministry of Finance.
Almost 65% of the total amount (2.73 trillion UAH or $74.9 billion) is external debt; the remaining 35% (1.5 trillion UAH or $41.13 billion) is domestic debt. In February, the amount of Ukraine's public and publicly guaranteed debt decreased by 21.62 billion UAH, or $590 million.
According to the State Treasury Service, last month the general fund of the state budget received 51.4 billion UAH in international aid (grants). In total, in the first two months of 2023, international partners replenished Ukraine's budget by 233.4 billion UAH or $6.3 billion.
Previously. President Zelensky signed a law to increase state budget expenditures by 5.5 billion UAH. 3.84 billion UAH will be raised through additional external borrowings.
