Ukraine exported 3.8 million tonnes of agricultural products in the first half of March
Volume of shipments of some crops did not change significantly compared to last month

Ukraine exported 3.8 million tonnes of agricultural products in the first half of March.
This was reported by the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The result for the first 15 days of March is only 100,000 tonnes more than for the same number of days in February. Accordingly, supplies of some crops have not changed significantly compared to the last month of winter.
Wheat shipments decreased the most among all crops, down to 827,000 tonnes. At the same time, corn shipments increased slightly, with 250,000 tonnes more of the crop shipped in the first half of March than in the first half of last month.
It is noted that the supply of grain at the beginning of the season was more than 70 million tonnes due to the large transitional balances that Ukraine has formed due to the war. In total, since the beginning of the new season, i.e. since July 2022, 34.8 million tonnes of wheat, corn, and barley have left Ukraine.
