The Deregulation Working Group recommends cancelling 40% of regulatory instruments in the State Film Agency
This also applies to 38% of licences and permits of the Ministry of Education and Science and 14% of the Ministry of Culture

The Interagency Working Group on Deregulation has reviewed and recommended cancelling or modernising a number of state regulatory instruments in the areas of competence of the Ministries of Education, Culture and Information Policy, Youth and Sports, and the State Film Agency.
This is stated on the website of the Ministry of Economy.
It is proposed to cancel 40% of regulatory instruments in the field of the State Film Agency, 38% of licences and permits of the Ministry of Education and Science, and 14% of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy. It is noted that a significant proportion of the Ministry of Culture's instruments relate to the protection of the cultural and historical heritage of the Ukrainian people and therefore cannot be cancelled.
These include, in particular, a licence to conduct educational activities in the field of extracurricular education; a permit to establish a territorially separate structural unit of a foreign higher education institution; a certificate of state registration of a technology park; a permit to use metal detectors or any other search equipment or relevant technology at cultural heritage sites.
"The instruments proposed for cancellation are outdated, irrelevant, burdensome, etc. At the same time, all the remaining instruments will be subject to optimisation – they will be digitised, simplified, etc.," the statement says.
However, the state regulation tools managed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports will remain, but will be modernised.
