Zelensky urges business to actively invest in Ukraine at meeting with US delegation
The President informed about business development opportunities in construction, agriculture, IT technologies, etc.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with a delegation of politicians, businessmen and representatives of US charitable organisations led by former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
This was reported by the press service of the Office of the President.
During the meeting, the Head of State invited American businesses to actively invest in Ukraine. "We are open to this, ready to provide you with full assistance. This is very important for us," President Zelensky said.
The President informed about business development opportunities in the areas of construction, agriculture, IT technologies, etc. Besides, he stressed the importance of continuing and strengthening defence assistance and joint development of defence technologies, taking into account the experience gained by Ukraine during the war.
"Invest in business, since business is what creates jobs. We are interested in people finding jobs and the budget receiving revenues to strengthen our capabilities on the battlefield," the Head of State summed up.
In addition, the parties discussed a number of other topical issues, in particular Ukraine's movement towards NATO and the importance of further strengthening the sanctions pressure on russia.
