President's Office responds to Wagnerites' confession to killing children and civilians in Bakhmut and Soledar

The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, in response to the stories of the Wagnerites posted online, promises to find everyone involved in war crimes committed by Russians in Ukraine.

"Russian terrorists have confessed to killing Ukrainian children in Bakhmut and Soledar. Now we are talking about war criminals from the Wagner PMC, but this sheds light on the crimes of the Russian army in Ukraine. They steal our children and kill them," Yermak wrote on Telegram.

He once again reminded that Russia is a nation of inhumans and murderers.

"One confession is not enough. There must be punishment. Harsh and fair. And it will definitely be," Yermak added.

Before that, a video with confessions of prisoners from the Wagner PMC was published online, where they talk about the mass murder of Ukrainian children.

The founder of the human rights project Gulagu.net, Vladimir Osechkin, published a video on YouTube lasting almost 1.5 hours, where two ex-commanders of Wagner PMC units talk about the horrific crimes of the occupiers, RBC-Ukraine reports.

These men were recruited to the Wagner group from Russian colonies.

In particular, we are talking about ex-convict from Saratov region Azamat Uldarov and ex-convict from Voronezh region Alexei Savichev.

Thus, two former members of the Wagner PMC, who are now in Russia, told in detail about the shooting of more than 20 Ukrainian children and teenagers in Soledar and Bakhmut. They also described how a five-year-old girl was killed by a shot to the head.

"She's screaming, she's a little kid, you know. I shot a 5-6-year-old girl a test shot," the occupier recalled.

They also told how they blew up a pit with more than 50 wounded Ukrainian prisoners and the so-called "500" (those who decided to leave the war and refused to obey orders to kill Ukrainians).

In addition, the occupiers share how they carried out "cleansing" of residential buildings, killing everyone, including children.

"We were given the command to clear the area on our way and stand on the defense, i.e., to surround them, by any means necessary. We went and killed everyone. There were women and men, old people, pensioners, children... I was not supposed to save anyone. There was a command to clear everyone," the occupant said.

Ex-commanders of the Wagnerites told about orders to shoot everyone over the age of 15.

"Civilians were coming out. And there was an order: everyone who was 15 (years old) and older was to be shot immediately without a word. They shot 20-24 people, including 10-15-year-olds and 17-year-olds," the occupant said.

The killers also told how they "cleared" the basement with 300-400 civilians, including 40 children.

Both ex-commanders of the Wagner PMC units also said that Yevheniy Prygozhyn personally gave criminal orders for executions and murders, and approved terrorist methods and cruelty. If his orders were not carried out, the occupiers were threatened with death.

Background. As a reminder, the UN and the Kremlin reacted to the video of the beheading of a Ukrainian soldier.
