Marchenko's corporate rights in Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant JSC to become state property

A court has seized another UAH 1 billion of assets of Oksana Marchenko, the wife of Viktor Medvedchuk.
This was reported by the SBU.
Corporate rights in Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant JSC will become the state property. The court decision concerns 13.7% of the company's shares, which she owns through four offshore companies.
The parties. Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant JSC is a monopoly producer of metal braziers in Ukraine and is one of the largest metallurgical companies in Europe.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the SBU had put Medvedchuk's wife Oksana Marchenko on the wanted list. She was recently notified of suspicion due to her companies' funding of the National Guard of russia and the russian Interior Ministry.
