Last week, Ukrainian entrepreneurs secured 1.5 billion UAH in lending – Ministry of Economy
360 businesses received loans

The most loans were crisis-related – 62 billion UAH, and for anti-war purposes – 55 billion UAH. For the refinancing of previously obtained loans, 28.6 billion UAH was issued, and for investment purposes – 12.9 billion UAH. In addition, farmers received 30.6 billion UAH of loan funds to support their activities, and trading companies took 1.5 billion UAH in loans to replenish working capital.
This is reported by the Ministry of Economy.
Enterprises most frequently take loans under the programme working in the fields of:
- agriculture (54%);
- trade and manufacturing (23%);
- industrial processing (13%).
Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amounts of concluded credit agreements are Lviv, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv oblasts, and the city of Kyiv.
Background. Mind previously reported that in April 2023, under state guarantees on a portfolio basis, banks issued 926 loans totalling over 3.8 billion UAH.
