UPDATED: Air defence forces shot down over 20 Shahed UAVs in the airspace of Kyiv
As a result of the attack, one person died and 13 were injured

According to updated data from the National Police, a total of 13 people were injured in Kyiv Oblast, 9 of them in the capital. In addition, 16 objects were damaged: civilian cars, buildings, and residential houses.
UPDATED at 9:23 a.m.:
The Ministry of Internal Affairs specifies that 4 people were injured in a multi-storey building in the Holosiivskyi district. Another 30 people were evacuated from the building.
In addition, in Kyiv Oblast, rescuers received over 50 reports of damaged houses, apartments, office premises, shops, garages, and cars. Four people in the region suffered from shrapnel wounds.
The air defence forces shot down over 20 kamikaze drones in the airspace of Kyiv during a night attack.

According to preliminary data, the drones did not hit their targets. Due to the falling debris on a multi-storey building in the Holosiivskyi district, one person died and 3 more were injured. More than 20 residents were evacuated in total. Rescuers are conducting search operations.
Debris from the downed drones was also found in Pecherskyi, Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Podilskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts with no casualties. Cars, a private house, a green zone, and an enterprise were affected.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the russians had attacked Kyiv with 11 Iskander-M and Iskander-K missiles – all were destroyed by the air defence forces.
