Ukraine's budget received over 245 billion UAH in June

Ukraine's budget received more than 245 billion UAH in June.

This was announced by Yaroslav Zhelezniak, a member of the Holos party.

The deputy emphasised that the budget had met all its targets. Thanks to domestic resources, the state received:

  • 52.1 billion UAH from taxes (this is +0.9% or + 500 million UAH to the planned);
  • 36.9 billion UAH from customs (+5.7% or +2 billion to the planned);
  • a record 46.4 billion UAH from military bonds.

Thus, domestic resources brought the treasury 135.4 billion UAH. External, meanwhile, coordinated $3 billion or 110 billion UAH in total. The European Union was the largest donor, contributing $1.64 billion in May.

The United States accumulated $1.2 billion, the World Bank $104 million, and Finland $15 million. Of these funds, 40% from allies are guarantees that won't need to be repaid.

Background. Mind previously reported that the World Bank approved a loan for Ukraine of $1.5 billion, guaranteed by the Japanese government. The funds are intended to help households and mitigate the consequences of the invasion by the terrorist country of russia.
