UPDATED: Air Defence destroyed 26 Shaheds during a nighttime attack

UPDATED at 08:59 a.m.:
The Operational Command South confirms that the enemy planned to strike a grain terminal with drones in one of the ports in the oblast. Instead, 2 drones attacked the administrative building of the port.
Additionally, due to the falling debris of the downed drones, fires broke out at 2 port terminals, including the grain one. The fires were promptly extinguished – with no critical damage or casualties.
Furthermore, the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration reports that 12 private houses and one apartment building in the oblast were damaged – windows and doors were ruined, facades and roofs were scratched. A grass cover caught fire after the falling drone debris.

In total, the enemy launched 28 kamikaze drones from the southeast direction and one Zala reconnaissance drone, which was also neutralised by the Defence Forces.
The Kyiv City Military Administration emphasises that the defenders destroyed all air targets moving towards the capital. At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs adds that in one of the settlements in Kyiv Oblast, debris from the shot-down Shaheds damaged windows and outbuildings – with no casualties.
