Traders from the EU and Moldova have delivered nearly 600 million cubic meters of gas to Ukraine ahead of the new heating season – GTS Operator
Over 99% of the fuel is being stored in customs warehouse mode and short-haul

EU and Moldovan traders have delivered natural gas for storage in Ukraine. In July, they transferred 589 million cubic meters, of which over 99% is stored in customs warehouse mode and short-haul. The main volumes were brought for storage in Ukraine by non-resident traders.
This is reported by the GTS Operator.
It is noted that 223.8 million cubic meters came from Hungary, which is 38% of the total volumes received by Ukraine in July. From Moldova, it was 142.9 million cubic meters (24%), from Slovakia – 119.6 million cubic meters (20%), and from Poland – 102.8 million cubic meters (18%).
The GTS Operator specifies that the gas pumping in customs warehouse and short-haul modes in July was the highest since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by russia. The operator adds that in 2023, gas pumping by non-residents started earlier than in 2022
