Ukraine is grateful for the help of every country, but its contribution to security also deserves gratitude – Zelensky
He urged Ukrainian diplomats to work 100% with countries that have F-16 fighters

Ukraine is grateful to every country that has helped it, but its contribution to common security also deserves appreciation, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday during a speech in Uzhhorod at a conference of Ukrainian ambassadors abroad.
"Ukraine knows how to be grateful and is grateful to every country, to absolutely all people, to every nation that helped us. But our contribution to common security deserves gratitude as well," he said.
According to him, "to stop russia from restoring its empire is to save the freedom of the nations that are within the access range of russian military convoys. The russian military force, which was destroyed by Ukrainians, will no longer kill in Europe or Asia or anywhere else in the world."
Zelensky noted that "in the coming months, elections will be held in different countries, and this creates a certain difficult conjuncture. We need an understanding that will overcome any such internal political conjuncture."
"As ambassadors of Ukraine, you have to cool down emotions when they get too strong in the politics of neighbors. Cool down yet not be speechless," he emphasized.
"This month the training of our Ukrainian pilots will begin. Now we need to work one hundred percent with the countries that have these aircraft and will be able to transfer them to us after training. This is a powerful and challenging task. The delivery and combat use of F-16s by our pilots should take place as soon as possible," the President said.
In addition, according to Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine aims to make its defense industry one of the strongest in Europe, which also requires diplomatic support. According to him, in the fall, Ukraine will host the first defense industry forum, which should be attended by foreign companies.
"Our diplomatic activity should ensure a change in the frontline balance in favor of Ukraine. And it is possible," Zelensky said.
The Head of State emphasized that the principal task of Ukrainian diplomats is to persuade partners and foreign companies to close all possible ways of supplying critical components to russia on a daily basis in order to limit the production potential of the terrorist state as much as possible.
Background. As a reminder, the day before, the Prime Minister of Poland reacted harshly to the Polish ambassador's summons to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
