The expected capital investment upon the project's completion is estimated to be around 3 billion UAH

The construction of the industrial park, Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia, has begun in Vinnytsia, with an emphasis on the food industry sector.
This was announced by the city mayor of Vinnytsia, Serhiy Morhunov.
Spanning 35.7 hectares, the Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia is being developed in accordance with UNIDO recommendations. Deputy city mayor, Andriy Ocheretianyi, stated that the anticipated capital investment by the project's end is about 3 billion UAH. Moreover, the project envisages to provide employment for around 2,000 individuals.
Preparatory activities are currently in progress. In due course, the agri-food park will feature a business centre for its residents, a logistics hub, and a Light Industry Box to accommodate small-scale food enterprises.
Boris Shestopalov, co-founder of U Park and co-owner of the food tech companies HD Group and GFS, alongside his team, are spearheading the development of an innovative platform. This initiative aims to "alter the economic paradigm in Ukraine's food industry, transitioning it from primary production to the crafting of finished products with significant added value."
The vision for Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia is to equip both international and Ukrainian food companies with turnkey solutions for business relocation and expansion. The overarching goal is to create a technologically advanced, energy-conscious, and eco-friendly infrastructure, enhancing the efficacy of food enterprises. This would lead to a reduction in operational expenses, a boost in profitability, and the promotion of innovative practices within the food domain.
