The European Union is preparing a long-term financial support plan for Ukraine totaling more than 50 billion euros.

That is why we welcome Ukraine's efforts to find new ways to export grain, in particular, with the involvement of Turkey. The EU supports your attempts to enter new markets. We understand that this is a struggle for your future, for the realization of your dreams for the future," he said, speaking via video link at the Crimean Platform summit that opened in Kyiv.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also spoke at the summit, promising to provide up to $7 billion in aid to Ukraine and to take part in the country's post-war recovery.
"Japan is on the side of the people of Ukraine in order to ensure peace and return them to the beautiful Ukrainian land," he said.
