The government of Kazakhstan and Kia Corporation signed constituent documents on the establishment of a joint venture Kia Qazaqstan, which will build a new Kia plant in Kostanay. This will be accompanied by the emergence of the country's first automotive localization center and training of technical specialists in a new format.
