Shooting in the center of Prague causes 11 deaths
Foreign Ministry spokesman says there are no Ukrainians among the victims

A shooting at Charles University in Prague has killed 11 people, including the shooter, Seznam Zpravy reports.
In addition, nine people were seriously injured, while the condition of the other victims is assessed as moderate to light.
The shooting took place on the afternoon of Thursday, December 21, in the university building on Jan Palach Square in the center of Prague.
Student eyewitnesses said that the killer was a student of the Faculty of History, born in 1999. It is known that he was studying for a bachelor's degree. According to eyewitnesses, he had recently begun to behave strangely, and during the shooting he shouted that he had killed his father in the morning and had "nothing to lose."
Czech police report that the evacuation of the university building continues, with many students still remaining in classrooms where they barricaded themselves to hide from the shooter.
