Ukrainian and Hungarian officials are preparing a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the near future.

"I had a productive phone conversation with Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto. As a continuation of the conversation between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, we are working on organizing a meeting between the two leaders in the near future," he wrote on social media.
According to him, the parties also discussed Ukraine's progress on the European integration path.
The official meeting between Zelenskyy and Orban will be the first since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
As you know, Hungary has blocked EU aid to Ukraine, but did not prevent the start of negotiations on Ukraine's EU membership.
