Shmyhal and US Special Representative meet with American business
The main issue was attracting American investments to Ukraine

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker met with American business, the government press service reported on its Telegram channel.
The main topic was attracting American companies and investments to Ukraine.
"We want the United States to be one of our key partners not only in the defence sector, but also in the economic sector," Shmyhal said.
The meeting focused on the most promising areas: energy, agriculture, defence industry, extraction and processing of critical raw materials, and IT.
"We have many promising projects. The US Export-Import Bank is providing $3 billion to finance contracts and projects in Ukraine," the Prime Minister said.
"I have proposed to our US partners to create a Supervisory Board for the Government Office for Attracting and Supporting Investments, Ukraine Invest. It will include the heads of American companies. This will improve our cooperation, attract new American investments to our market and facilitate the daily operations of American companies in Ukraine," the Prime Minister said.
Background. As a reminder, the French company NJJ Holding plans to invest $1.5 billion in Ukraine, which is the amount of the acquisition deal and investment commitments for five years.
