Details. It is noted that one of the proposals concerns the development of the EU carbon market. According to the plan, by 2030 emissions into the atmosphere should be reduced by 61%. At the same time, some deputies are trying to increase this figure to 67%.
In addition, it is proposed to reduce emissions from new cars by 100% by 2035. This means that the EU will ban new combustion engine car sales. At the same time, some deputies are trying to reduce this figure to 90%.
