Details. “After the latest attack, all services in the city have resumed their operation. In particular, the heat supply system of the capital has been fully restored. All heat supply sources are operating normally,” he said.
According to Mr. Klitschko, during the day utilities will be working in individual houses where there may be local problems with heat.
