What happened? Ukraine significantly reduced iron and steel production in 2022.

Details. "According to Ukrmetalurgprom, for 12 months of 2022, 6.39 million tonnes of cast iron were produced (30.2% compared to January-December 2021); 6.26 million tonnes of steel (29.3%); 5.35 million tonnes of rolled products (28.0%)," the statement reads.
The information is given according to the current data of metallurgical enterprises.
