Details. We are talking about more than $3.2 billion or 118.67 billion UAH transferred by the EU. It is worth noting that this is almost half of the amount that the European Union has allocated to Ukraine from February 24 to the end of 2022 – $7.96 billion or 292.5 billion UAH.
It is specified that almost $1.5 billion or 53.97 billion UAH was raised through the sale of domestic government bonds, including military bonds. Another $1 billion or 36.6 billion UAH of the total amount is a grant from the United States. Another grant of 2 billion UAH in equivalent was provided by Estonia.
Consequently, since the beginning of this year, international partners have financed Ukraine for $4.25 billion or 156.17 billion UAH. This is almost 75% of the total amount.
