Price for special training centre in Kyiv region reduced by half
The value of the lot is now almost 9.2 million UAH

On 23 March, the SPFU planned to hold an e-auction for the sale of the integral property complex of the State Enterprise Specialised Personnel Training Centre (Ukrainka town, Kyiv Oblast), but due to the lack of bids, the auction will not take place and the price of the lot has been halved.
This became known from the data of Prozorro.Sale.
The report says that the SPFU plans to hold a second e-auction based on the English model on 31 March.
As a reminder, the Specialised Personnel Training Centre used to provide staff training, but now it is out of business. The state-owned enterprise has debts, with losses of 556,000 UAH in 2020, 211,000 UAH in 2021, and 196,000 UAH in 2022. In addition, the SOE has overdue accounts payable of 877,000 UAH.
